Finally got a pair of the Resolution X after wearing every Resolution since the 5's. After a few matches, it's performing as expected. They're a bit roomier than the previous generations, but they still have the same cushioning and support that I've come to love with this franchise. The higher medial wall is certainly different and it gives a nice, locked in feel as hoped. If you're someone who wears no show or mid-cut socks, I can see that being a nuisance, however. Overall, it's a Resolution and are still my go-to after all these years.
