Greatness continues for Babolat’s Pure Aero line: the 2023 Pure Aero Lite is here for a whole new generation of players on and off the tour.

Babolat adds strategically-placed NF²-Tech flax inserts at the 3 o’clock, 9 o’clock, and handle positions for optimal shock absorption on this powerful frame. These natural flax fibers are carefully integrated into the frame to create the most feel and sensation yet. An added bonus: extra sound quality for that satisfying pop and an exceptional playing experience.

The 2023 Pure Aero Lite also carries all the hallmarks of its predecessors, which include SWX Pure Feel SMACWRAP technology powered by the French aerospace company SMAC; an aerodynamic frame that increases spin and optimizes racquet head speed; an open string pattern for added bite on the ball; and Carbonplystabilizer power by Chomarat.

The Pure Aero lite model features a 100 square inch head, with an open 16x19 string pattern for easy spin generation. The racquet itself is very lightweight and maneuverable, making it a great option for juniors transitioning into an adult frame or adults looking for an easy to swing racquet.

For Optimal String Performance Babolat Recommends:

  • Durability: Babolat RPM Blast
  • Playability: Babolat Xcel
  • Hybrid: Babolat RPM Blast 17G, Xcel 16G

Awesome
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

This racquet is awesome. I really like the design and the overall feel and response I get from it. Though the synthetic gut strings that it was strung with was, well, let's just say not very good. Played the past weekend for about 5 hours total on Saturday and Sunday. I'm about a 3.5 player and had them strung at 54 lbs. These strings started fraying really bad. I took my racquet to my local pro shop and they even said they were just about to pop. So I had it strung with Dunlop Black Widow 16g at 54 lbs and played yesterday and today for about 6 hrs. Wow what a difference. Not only no fraying, but the strings stayed in place and didn't move around. Overall I'm happy with this racquet.
