Babolat RPM Blast 17 as used by Rafael Nadal. An excellent choice for big hitters looking for extra spin. Octagonal (8-sided) cross-section adds the extra bite on the ball for added topspin and slice. New high density co-polymer polyester (PET) monofilament combined with a new cross-linked silicone coating provides even more spin and greater ball control.

Good overall string
This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars

It feels like other monofilament poly strings in terms of stiffness, similar to Luxilon strings. I found it not as soft as other poly strings like Yonex PolyTour Rev or Pro.

Better than 16G
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

This is my favorite string. Normally I use the 16G, but the responsiveness and feel with the 17G is worth it. I pair this with the Wilson Natural Gut. This goes in my mains and the gut is in my crosses. The responsiveness of the ball off the strings is fantastic. You feel each shot. These strings help create the spin I like in my game.

Have used this string in multiple rackets and always notice a great pop with control. Able to swing outright and get plenty of spin to keep the ball in the court.
