How It Works

Our Racquet/Paddle Demo Program allows you to try up to 3 tennis racquets or pickleball paddles before making a purchase. Enjoy a hassle-free experience with easy shipping and returns!

Cost & Shipping

• Demo Fee: $9.99 for up to 3 racquets or paddles
• Shipping: Includes both delivery and return shipping
• Availability: Ships anywhere in the continental U.S.
• Important: Demo orders must ship complete – no backorders allowed.
• Note: All demos must be in-stock before an order can ship. Orders that include out-of-stock racquets/paddles will ship once all racquets/paddles become available.

String & Maintenance

• Each demo racquet comes pre-strung with a high-quality Synthetic Gut or Polyester string
• String type cannot be guaranteed
• Strung at mid-range tension based on the manufacturer’s recommendation

Delivery & Usage Period

• Shipping Time: UPS delivery in 2-3 business days to most locations
• Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once shipped
• Usage Window:
  • You have 7 days from the day you receive the racquets
  • Example: If delivered on Monday, return by the following Monday
• Returns: Drop off at any UPS store or follow instructions on the return label

Note: Due to maintenance needs (re-stringing, re-gripping), demo orders may experience slight delays (1-2 days) compared to new product shipments.

Returning Your Demo Racquets or Paddles

1. Prepare for Return:
   • Apply the enclosed UPS return label to the original box
   • Remove or cover the original shipping label
   • Include the original invoice in the return package
2. Drop-Off Options:
   • Take the package to any UPS store
   • Follow instructions on the return label for alternate drop-off locations
3. Return Confirmation: Midwest Racquet Sports will be notified once UPS picks up the racquets

Late Fees & Charges

• If not returned within 7 days, a fee of $2.00 per racquet or paddle per day will apply (up to 7 days)
• After 7 days overdue, you will be charged full retail price for the racquets

Program Requirements

• A valid credit card is required for all demo rentals
• Demo racquets can only be shipped to the credit card billing address
• Payment Restrictions: Not eligible for PayPal, Afterpay, or Amazon Pay
• Overlapping Demos: Demos must be returned before another demo order can be placed by the same person (New demo orders placed before the return of a previous demo are automatically canceled)

• Once you return your demo racquets or paddles, you will receive a $25 promo code via email
• The code is valid for 30 days and can be used on racquet or paddle purchases of $149 or more
