Dunlop Black Widow 17G Black Tennis String

This string is super underrated. It has an amazing spin and ball pocketing. It grips the ball like you have a dog ball thrower in your hand and spins and slings it the way you want it. It is also moderately powerful, but very much controlled and comfortable. No trampolining with it. Yes, the tension drops about 30% over the first week or so of playing but it remains very playable and the tension stabilizes so you can play with this string far longer than expected.

Like the pop and control of this string

This is one of the best poly strings out there. It loses tension (like ALL poly strings) pretty quickly so I would string it a little tight, but I love it. I pick up at least 4 free points every match because they think the ball is going to fly out but the bottom falls out and it lands well inside the line. I wouldn't consider using ANY other poly string.
