this grip is firm while still providing enough cushion to be comfortable. It still allows for a good feel of the ball. In addition, it is one of the heaviest synthetic grips made which helps with the balance of the racquet

The replacement grip has a moderate tacky feel without being too slippery if one has sweaty hands unless the humidity is very high. It also works well if one has dry hands as it does not need to absorb sweat before getting tacky, like a Tourna grip or Wilson Advantage. The firmness is on the higher side for synthetic grips, which works well when trying to go for more feel.

They didn't have my usual tacky Prince Dura Pro grips in stock, so I got a pack of these. These are not as tacky, but I won't know how they really perform until hot weather kicks in next year. They provide good cushioning, and the smooth surface prevents distractions.
