Gamma TNT 16G (360 ft.) REEL

I've been using Gamma TNT for 10+ years and can't find a better string. I've tried switching to poly and hybrids but can't get the playability that I want (often with some arm injury/fatigue). Stung tightly, this string gives me power when I want and a soft touch when needed.

I wouldn't say that it is a super spin string, but since using it in my Clash 100, I've had no elbow problems. It seems to pocket well on the string bed, sounds explosive, and lasts a pretty long time.

I really love this string. It has a good balance of the elasticity of synthetic gut but a softer feel like a multifilament. I don’t struggle as much for power with this string versus a multifilament.

I got a set of Gamma Syn. Gut 16g with the X-ST stringer I bought from Midwest Sports. Truth be told, it sat in a drawer for months until I decided to string it in a 14 yr. old Pure Control Team I keep at my in-laws. It sat over there for a year after I strung it before I took it out during a visit. I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised at its feel and playability; so much so that I brought the racquet back home with me to use more b/c I liked the feel so much. ~50 hrs. of court time later and it's still going strong . For the price, this is a great all around synthetic. Highly recommended if you're looking for a no-nonsense string. This is a great playing string and a tremendous value at this price.
