Return Process
Log in or create an account to start the easy, self service return process. Click here to log in or create an account. If you had checked out as a guest, you may not be able to view your order history if you create an account after the fact. Please contact a staff member who will be glad to assist. Click here for contact information.
View your order history and select the order with items for return / exchange. Items eligible for return will have a Return button below the item photo. Click that to let us know you wish to return that item. Fill out the return form and submit.
If your order/item is eligible for a return label, you will see a button labeled Print Return Label at the bottom of the item list. Click the button to generate a label that you can print and attach to the return package.
General Return and Exchange Info
- Unused/unworn products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of order for a refund.
- Any item(s) that are returned more than 30 days from date of receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Returns qualify as free if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $69.95. Otherwise, a $6.95 charge will be deducted when your credit is processed.
- If a Midwest Racquet Sports return label is used for court equipment, machines, court maintenance items or balls, a return shipping fee may be deducted when your credit is processed.
- If you do not have a printer, please request by email that a return label be mailed to you. Service@midwestsports.com
- Free returns only valid in the continental United States.
Shoe Returns and Exchange
- SHOES MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S BOX IN BRAND NEW CONDITION, AS IT WAS RECEIVED (NO TAPE OR SHIPPING LABELS APPLIED).
- Orders with more than three pairs of shoes will be subject to a $6.95 return shipping fee for each returned pair.
- Please ensure that shoes show absolutely no sign of wear or use (e.g. lint, fuzz, debris, hair) prior to returning to Midwest Racquet Sports.
Racquet Returns and Exchange
- RACQUETS MUST BE RETURNED IN BRAND NEW CONDITION
- Any racquet that is returned in unused condition (no ball fuzz, scrapes on racquet or grommets, or plastic removed from the handle will be issued a full refund (excluding string).
- Midwest Racquet Sports will NOT accept used racquets for return. Used racquets will be returned to the customer. The shipping cost of any used product and subsequent return of the product are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not accept any used Padel racquet returns
Apparel Returns and Exchange
- APPAREL MUST BE RETURNED IN BRAND NEW CONDITION, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Items cannot be washed or worn. Apparel items carry NO warranty from the manufacturer.
- Items returned that do not comply with these guidelines will either be returned to the customer, or issued a Midwest Racquet Sports store credit, at the discretion of Midwest Racquet Sports. All shipping associated with the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Court Equipment, Machines, Court Maintenance Items and Ball Returns
- Returned Equipment, Machines, Court Maintenance Items or Balls are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Store Credits
Store credits issued for returns, warranties, price match, etc. are valid for 90 days after the issue date.
