Solinco Hyper-G 18G Green Tennis String

I really like this string, it is not as stiff as many of the poly strings. Even though it is 18g it still does not seem to break easily. I have not noticed any elbow problems as many players experience with the poly strings. Not recommended for hybrid stringing as the thin gauge cots the other strings.

Spin friendly comfortable. Not very durable though

tried to compare it to monogut zyex. specs shows that it should perform the same, but with more potential for bite. not quite - but still a pretty good string

I used to use a hybrid set of strings for my conventional pattern racquet. Since switching to a 15x16 pattern racquet, I had to find one string that worked; the hybrid was a disaster in the Spin pattern. After a lengthy search, found the solution: Hyper-G-18 guage. These strings feel incredible! Definitely more spin on my serves and groundstrokes, added control/finesse on touch vollies and a superior 'feel' in general. Highly recommend these strings. p.s., just last week, a gentleman interrupted my conversation with another player and demanded to know what strings I was using. Guess he liked my serve n volley, followed by a wide angled drop shot. hahaha!

This string is better than Tour Bite in my opinion. A little softer and easier on the arm and unbelievable spin and control.
