Solinco Tour Bite 19G Silver Tennis String

This has become my string of choice. My game revolves around hard hitting and creating as much top spin as possible. These strings deliver. I have been a Solinco fan for a long time playing Barb Wire and differing variations of Tour Bite. I normally played the 17g version of Tour Bite, but was asked to try the 19g version. I expected it to last an hour or two max, but have been very surprised at its durability. The smaller the diameter I tried the more spin I achieved. I am averaging about 12 - 15 hours on a set of strings, about the same as when I was playing the 17g version. I even tried the 20g version, but couldn't tell any difference between the 20g and 19g, so I stuck with the 19g. I have been playing for about 6 months with the 19g in a Wilson FST Burn 99s racket, strung at 52lbs, and have no plans to change.

See my main feedback on the Tour Bite 17g. The 17g bites the ball as well as 19g. You can feel the difference on the stiffness. I have tried other strings as cross string to adjust for stiffness and spin. If you are considering spin only, no need to go 19g. If the stiffness of 16g,17g bothers you then you can consider 19g.
