I've placed these strips at around the 3 and 9 o'clock positions on my sons racquet as he's a bit brutal on his equipment. I cut them down so I could still restring every 5 days as needed. The strips have definitely held up to the abuse he dishes out to them. Didn't affect the racquet swing weight to any significant degree.
