The Unique Drill n Fill tennis trainer is a simple way to hone your strokes anywhere! When the ball bounces up, hit it while swinging your racquet from low to high. At first, do not hit the ball hard and straight out. Increase swing speed only after you have mastered to hit the ball back and forth at least 5 times. Let the ball bounce twice as it comes back to you. A nice complement to tennis lessons for learning the proper strokes for backhand and forehand. You will soon develop your rhythm and improve hand-eye coordination. Great for practice in your garage or driveway when a tennis court is not available.
  • Strong rubber cord returns the ball.
  • Can be used on clay courts just drive a spike into court and position handle over the spike.

    Not worth the money

I was excited to finallly receive this tennis trainer as I have seen this advertised all over the place. It didn't take long to realize this product has many flaws and I was better off hitting up against a wall. The ball flings back in wild and crazy directions and can't keep a "rally" going for long. The string even flew off and disconnected from a metal attachment that looks like something you'd use on a fishing line. I am sending mine back and would suggest not making the same mistake I did.

The string and ball holder makes it easy for storage.

Great trainer for the money, under $10. Make sure to buy replacement balls.

    Good work out

I look forward to the time I practice with it. I modified it some by adding a crescent shaped piece of plastic from a milk jug to the side facing away from me flush with the court to keep the rubber band from catching under the front of it. Works much better now. Buy extra balls because they will need replacement after some use.
