Warranty Info

Warranty Racquets:

Please include the original sales receipt along with a description of why you are returning the racquet.

  • All new racquets carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects and replacement is at the sole discretion of that manufacturer.
  • Upon arrival if our warranty team deems the racquet is a clear manufacturer’s defect we reserve the right to replace directly from our stock.
  • Racquets sent to the manufacturer for evaluation typically take 4 to 6 weeks but may longer based off the manufacturer's demand.
  • If your racquet is replaced under warranty Midwest Racquet Sports will offer to string the racquet with a complimentary string for a charge of $10.00. Specialty String request are charged at the price of the string plus a $10 labor charge.
  • Racquets that show signs of abuse or unusual wear will not be replaced.
  • If purchased racquet is no longer available, the customer will receive a Midwest Racquet Sports in-store credit for the purchase price of the racquet.
  • If the manufacturer does not replace your tennis racquet, we will contact you about returning of the racquet. If we do not receive a response, we will dispose of the racquet.

Replacement Shoe Warranty Info

  • Please return shoes with a copy of your invoice and warranty card inside the box to the correct manufacturers address below.
  • Shipping charges are not included with the warranty and may vary from brand to brand. Prepaid return label may NOT be used to send back shoes for warranty evaluation.
  • Outsole warranty only valid on shoes on which 6 month outsole durability guarantee is stated in product description.
  • Warranty only covers the rubber outsole of the shoe. Any damage to the toe bumper, or upper material of the shoe will not be covered under the outsole warranty.
  • If a warranty card is needed we can mail one to you.
  • Each sole warranty shoe is limited to a one time replacement.
  • The shoe company evaluates and decides whether the shoe qualifies for replacement.
  • Should the purchased shoe be unavailable or discontinued, store credit in the amount of the original purchase price on the invoice may be applied to another pair of shoes.
  • Some warranties may take up to four weeks to complete.
  • Sole warranties are valid in the continental U.S. only.
  • Asics Shoe Warranty Process:

    For Asics Resolution warranty replacement consideration, please email image of worn shoes with copy of original sales receipt to service@tennis-point.com. Shoes will be evaluated and if replacement criteria met, a store credit will be issued for the value of the shoe.

    Head Shoe Warranty Process:

    To start your warranty claim please call the Consumer Warranty Phone Line 1-800-289-7366 and select option 2. Once approved, worn shoes should be shipped along with your original sales receipt to the below address.

    K-Swiss Shoe Warranty Process:

    If your pair of Ultrashot shoes meets the requirements, please go to: https://kswiss.com/pages/ultrashot-2-warranty and complete form. Pictures of shoes and receipt verifying 6 month purchase will need to be submitted. Consumer pays $10.00 to cover re-ship on replacement via payment of their choice on website to cover return shipping.

    Mizuno Shoe Warranty Process:

    Mizuno's 6-month outsole limited warranty guarantee applies to the Wave Exceed 5 and applies only to the outsole. Please visit https://www.mizunousa.com/tennis-outsole-warranty and follow the instructions to submit your claim.

    New Balance Shoe Warranty Process:

    New Balance’s 6-month NDurance rubber outsole limited warranty guarantee applies to the New Balance Fresh Foam X LAV, 996v5, UCHCOCO, 1007, CT-Rally and 1006 shoes, and applies only to the hard court–specific NDurance rubber outsole.     Nike Shoe Warranty Process:

    You can begin your warranty claim at nikeclaims.com or call Nike at 800-344-6453 to receive a claim number. A claim number is required to return Nike Air Zoom Vapor Cage 4 shoes under the six-month outsole durability guarantee.

    Wilson Shoe Warranty Process:

    Please visit https://www.wilson.com/en-us/contact/warranty for details. The only shoes that are covered under a 6 month outsole durability warranty from the date of purchase is the Rush Pro 3.0, 3.5, 4.0.
