Great bite

I use this on the x-strings with natural gut on the mains in my Yonex 97 Vcore Pro (2021) at 54 lbs. I am older, hit very flat and heavy. Former teaching pro. Good pocketing and feel is great.

Yonex Poly Rev 120 Purple

I am enjoying the Poly Rev 120 17G. I am returning to the game after several decades away. My old Maxfly Fort was too warped to carry on :) I bought a used racquet focused on free power. I swing Kettlebells 3-4 times a week and I'm still strong. I didn't need free power. I was banging balls off the back wall like I was Big Papi at Fenway. I changed racquet (to the Yonex VCore 100) and had it strung with Poly 120 17 G Purple. I feel like I am making better progress swinging hard but keeping the ball in play on the forehand (backhand needs 000's more strokes to groove a better shape). The purple poly tour on the Green-Purple looks awesome. The 1980's are back :)
