Yonex VCORE 100 Tennis Racquet
New for 2023, Yonex updated the 2021 with an all-new 7th generation VCORE 100.
Yonex has improved the VCORE featuring Yonex’s signature technology minimizes air resistance to produce faster and more maneuverable racquets. Faster string snapback produces greater spin. A more stable frame (less racquet torque) increases control. Yonex has made some big updates adding silicone oil infused grommets for quick racquet flex and snapback. Yonex also introduces a new frame shape with updated throat design.
Yonex continues the use of 2G NAMD which is incorporated in the upper throat to the lower frame, with FLEX FORCE graphite allows for the racquet to quickly flex and snapback for maximum spin potential. To help achieve faster head speeds for increased spin potential, Yonex's Aero Trench reduces drag by uniquely hiding the grommets located at the top of the frame. This allows for easy maneuverability. Further adding to that spin potential, Yonex engineered straight grommet hole grommets that allow for more string movement on outer areas of the racquet.
The new VCORE features Yonex's signature racquet technology, Isometric Shape which generates a 7% larger sweet spot for great control without sacrificing power Yonex also improved the damping of the frame by including a stretchy mesh material wrapped around the graphite within the grip to filter unwanted vibrations. .
With a 100 square inch head, a solid 11.3 ounce strung weight and a 16x19 string pattern, the VCORE 100 is an excellent option for the all-around player seeking a fast, aerodynamic racquet that allows easy access to spin.
